REPORT AND RESPONSE
August 2017: A final action letter was received following a de novo (or fresh) review by the Institutional Actions Council of the Higher Learning Commission, a decision-making body composed of a subset of the Peer Review Corps ranks and members of the public. The IAC has the authority to concur with or modify the recommendations made by the site visit team.

RESULTS OF STUDENT SURVEY
As part of the accreditation process, a student survey was conducted in November 2016 to give students an opportunity to participate in the process. See the results.
ASSURANCE ARGUMENT SUBMITTED
