Baker, Deming E. Memorial Scholarship in Polymer Science
The endowed Deming E. Baker Memorial Scholarship in Polymer Science was established at the request of Newton Baker in memory of his father, Deming E. Baker, class of 1925. It establishes stipends for students in the Department of Polymer Science. Selection of the recipients is made by the head of the department with preference given to students demonstrating scholarship, financial need, and enthusiasm for the field. Recipients of this scholarship must be U.S. citizens.
