Carrino, Dr. Caesar A. Scholarship in Fine and Applied Arts
The Dr. Caesar A. Carrino Scholarship in Fine and Applied Arts was created through a gift from David L. Bennett in recognition of the guidance and encouragement he received from Dr. Carrino as a student at ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ. Dr. Carrino served as Dean of ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ’s Evening College and Summer Sessions from 1974 until his retirement from the University in 1989.
This scholarship will assist a deserving student who is majoring in any program within the College of Fine and Applied Arts, with preference given to a student majoring in Mass Media Communication or on the Public Relations track for Business and Organizational Communication. The recipient will be selected annually by the dean of the College of Fine and Applied Arts, in coordination with the Office of Student Financial Aid based on financial need. Mr. Bennett would like to participate in the selection process.
