The Joseph G. and Sally A. Miller Endowed Fund will be used to establish the Joseph G. Miller Institute for Professional Responsibility, as well as the Joseph G. Miller Professorship in order to: pursue appropriate academic activity to enhance ethical awareness and performance of students, attorneys, and judges; enhance the professionalism of those who study, practice, or adjudicate the law; and examine, report on, and suggest improvements in the grievance and disciplinary procedure of the legal profession.
