Senior Painting Award
The Senior Painting Award was established anonymously in April 2019 to assist graduating University of Akron seniors in continuing to produce art work to enhance their current portfolios while pursuing a Masters of Fine Arts degree or other employment.
The Senior Painting Award will be awarded to a deserving graduating senior painting student who has demonstrated perseverance and hard work during their academic career at The Mary Schiller Myers School of Art. The director of The Mary Schiller Myers School of Art in consultation with painting faculty members will select the recipient.
